Acitral is a medication containing Magnesium Hydroxide (Mg(OH)2), Aluminum Hydroxide (Al(OH)3), and Simethicone. It is used to treat symptoms caused by excess stomach acid, gastritis, peptic ulcers, and duodenal ulcers, such as nausea and heartburn.
Dosage:
Directions for Use: Take 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals, and before bedtime.
Caution: Use with caution in patients with kidney dysfunction or those on a low-phosphate diet.
