Tremenza Tablet contains Pseudoephedrine HCl and Triprolidine HCl. This medication is used to alleviate symptoms of the flu. Pseudoephedrine in this medication works on alpha-adrenergic receptors in the respiratory mucosa, resulting in vasoconstriction. Triprolidine in this medication is an antihistamine that acts as an H1 histamine receptor antagonist in the treatment of allergies.

- Adults and children >12 years: 1 tablet, 3-4 times a day.
- Children 6-12 years: 1/2 tablet, 3-4 times a day.
Directions for Use: After meals.
Precautions: Must be used with a doctor's prescription. Use with caution during pregnancy & breastfeeding, and in children <2 years. May affect the ability to drive vehicles or operate machinery.
Pregnancy Category: Category C: May be at risk. The drug should be used with caution if the benefits outweigh the risks to the fetus. Animal studies indicate risks to the fetus, and there are no direct studies on pregnant women.
